Terraced House, Fleur-de-Lys (2014)

The layout of this new-build house is characterised by elegant curvature which connects the living areas throughout the whole depth of the plot. The room layouts, soffit features and furniture were all designed with this concept in mind from the very beginning, resulting in a homogenous design which stands out from the traditional terraced house layout. This result was also possible since the Perit’s involvement and supervision was not only at permit and construction stages, but also in the finishing and decorating stages
